• Each book is a surprise — no returns once opened

• Genre preferences will be matched as best we can, but titles cannot be guaranteed

3. Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• We assist with courier issues but are not responsible for delays

4. Refunds & Damages:

• Contact us within 48 hours if an order is damaged or incorrect

• Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion

• Do not reproduce without permission

6. Liability:
